    Are you ready for training that is going to take your workout experience to the next level? Are you ready to step out of the ordinary gym into the outdoor arena? Are you ready for someone to push you to reach your maximum potential? If you’ve answered yes, then you are ready to embark upon our Weekday Fitness Boot Camp.

    2 DA CORE
    Are you ready to go from flab to Abs? This is the class for you to achieve the optimal level of exercising your core to obtain stronger and tighter abdominal muscles. This helps to improve everything from posture to alleviating low-back pain.
  3. 7:00 PM
    ZUMBA FITNESS @ MATTAWOMAN MIDDLE SCHOOL
    * Enter through RIGHT Side of the Building Zumba Fitness is an international dance workout that takes your workout experience to an all new level. The Desire is to INSPIRE and every class feels like a party! You will not realize that you are working your core, getting some cardio, and toning several muscles while dancing to Latin / International music.

    Anyone expecting an easy workout should be warned by the name “Insanity” in the title of the program. The Insanity LIVE Workout program may be the toughest program created. Overall, the Insanity LIVE Workout is an extremely strenuous pace of the class that will challenge you on various levels of fitness.
